Giving Speed to others = losing speed for yourself.

They have less experience than Flash with the speed force but that will be even easier for Zoom to catch you off-guard when you are slower than usual.

The 3,000 who are fighting, are being amped by 1,000 who aren't. Thus it's Zoom against the Flashes....who are amped......

My scan shows how when three inferior Flashes amped Wally, he was as fast as Zoom.

I now have a LOT more for him to fight.

Who has less experience than Wally??? They're ALL Wally.....
