Absolutely. Everybody likes Metallica. Not liking Metallica is considered a bad taste. I wouldnt call myself a fan because I dont know all their stuff. But I LOVE certai songs from them.

I honestly have no idea. I'm sure I've listened to it without realizing that it's some sort of seperate genre. Prefere rock over anything else.

"Privet krasotka" is my closest translation. Literally it means "cutie", but "sexy" is an adjective in Russian and sounds weird at the end of the sentence.
