He is way above Danny in stats while the latter can only amp his striking power to superhuman-level and needs to concentrate to heal himself.

Spider-man is above everyone in stats and has the better chances to evade the attacks and neutralize people with his webs however Wolverine is the true warrior here when it comes to the fighting skills.

Wolverine is the more combat-oriented character imo with the best survival chances and the most lethal attacks. If he goes in a frenzy he can make a sashimi of his opponents.

How does Wolverine land a hit unless his opponents blatantly allow it? Especially Spiderman?

Parker is far from untouchable.

Danny admitted recently that Shang is better than him and Wolverine worked Shang, easily. This battle is between either Spiderman or Wolverine.

By the same token, Wolverines healing factor isn't the be all, end all. And that's even disregarding Daniel Way.

Both SS and HF have their limits, sure.

But let's stop pretending that Wolverine had trouble tagging Pete, ffs. Parker even questioned his own speed against him.

IMO Wolverine is the only one whom can kill his opponents in one blow and he will here.

His claws are capable of cutting anyone and everything with minimal/no effort. Terminus? Gladiator? IG Thanos? Tittanus? C'mon.

His physical attributes and skill are not to be underestimated, either.
