Peter's dodged wall to wall machinegun fire while in mid air and banks of lasers with Aimbot like A.I. Sure, everyone has high ends and low ends, but on average Spidey "should" be able to dodge everything from Logan, the same way Wally "should" dodge everything from Wally.
