It's the same way I feel about the gun debate. Most gun owners aren't out shooting people at will, but there are some that do. I don't think it's fair to judge all gun owners because some lunatic wants to shoot into a crowd.

And I have said similar things about all Christians and it NEVER gets the same defensive reactions here as I do with Islam. Never. Not one single time. I have insulted Christians, their horrible awful deity, their practices, etc.

The same people, Darth Thor, whining in this thread...have run into other threads about Islamic terrorist attacks with "But Christians!".

It's how I can't take him seriously.

Yes, but if it was Islam itself that was the issue, then why aren't all Muslims killing everyone? It isn't that way because the problem lies with the individual and how they want to twist an ideology to fit their own crooked agenda.

The religion is toxic and awful. Some people used their brains and decided to wisely ignore some parts. That's cool. Doesn't negate how bad the religion itself is.

People are capable of making up their own mind when it comes to what parts of it to follow.
