It's essentially going to be "if I disagree with your views and your views have won out over mine it's Russia's fault, because people couldn't possibly vote in a different manner than I do unless someone is manipulating them".

We have people in THIS country who claim it's been proven Russia hacked the DNC. They have never actually handed over their servers to law enforcement lol. They gave it to a third party to check. And yet somehow ALL intelligence agencies are sure Russia hacked them. All 17 😉
We also are sort of told not to question intelligence agencies, which whenever someone says that tells me they have no clue about the history of these agencies.
