If she knowingly believed the victim's side and still attacked them, sure. I don't know if she actually did. As noted, it's not unusual for a spouse to believe their spouse's side in these circumstances. Hillary Clinton knew about the consensual cheating between Bill and other women, but I doubt Bill confessed about the the rape-y stuff in private to Hillary.
