Remember when you said you knew more about guns than Crowder, and then promptly demonstrated you didn't? Good times.
I did say that, because it's true. That never happened in reality, just your mind.
But I do love how upset you get whenever you even imagine someone is taking a swipe at your man-crush Stevie "Three Beers Queer" Crowder. Get madder.

It's okay Rob, I'm sure from your point of view it is true.

You're talking about "mass shootings", not homicides. We are not talk
Because my Australian coworker says guns are quite common in Australia, still, and he has no idea WTF us "pommie bastards" are talking about. As I understand the "Holy land of Australian Strict Gun Control Laws" argument it is as follows:
1. Australia confiscated almost all of guns with a "buy-back" program.
2. Mass shootings disappeared because no one has anymore guns. From what I understand neither 1 nor 2 are correct.
Yes, there is still gun related deaths in Australia & yes, guns are still used to threaten & intimidate when certain crimes are committed.
But to say they are quite common is quite an exaggeration.
Most guns used in crimes are usually hand pistols that have been stolen from armoured van security guards & these weapons then get circulated & sold within the criminal elements to hide their previous usage.
And yes, the buy back program, over 20 years ago has worked.
Less guns in the street, less gun committed crimes & related deaths.
That logic is pretty straight forward & universally sound.

Just give it some time; you'll be the minority in this country by 2040.
You know who is not fearful of becoming an ethnic minority? People who are not racist. All of this rage about becoming a minority reeks of a guilty conscience. "What if they treat me the way I treat them?"

You dont use a machine gun to hunt.
What do you know? He most certainly does. His aim is terrible.

I just looked it up. Australia really does have a f*ck ton of guns. He was right. You were wrong.
They are #20 on the list. Australia has 1/4 the number of guns per capita that the US does. 24 guns for every 100 people. That's a f*ck ton.
And, if you saw my posts...I do not care about "gun homicides", I care about homicides. The goal is to prove that strict gun laws prevent or significantly reduce homicides. As some researchers have pointed out, strict gun restrictions seem to move homicides from bullets to other implements.
And I looked over the numbers and it seems like the 1996 gun control laws in Australia had no effect to even a negative effect on the homicide rate in Australia. The murder rate even exceeds pre-1996 levels many years after the gun laws went into effect.
I'm all about no-nonsense laws based on research and science. As was seen in Japan and Australia, strict gun control laws show no statistical to even a slight negative correlation (but correlation does not equal causation in this case: I personally feel it is various other factors).
We still have 4 times the murder rate of Australia, however.
