Well of course. Cops are all MURDERS anyway. They probably have just helped the murder.

That is what Nephy would say anyway.

Oh and the Teachers too. They are all murders as well.

Notice how now it's "they need to worry about themselves!!!".

If it was a black thug with a gun who got shot? The police would have needed to have been master psychiatrists and masters at unarmed combat, never ever resorting to deadly force, doesn't matter if a gun is being waved around(legit, people here tried to argue a dude waving a gun around shouldn't have been shot, this happened). But now? Psshh, they gotta worry about themselves. Cuz...logic, and shit.

These snowflakes need to write a list of this stuff down so I can keep track.

Sounds more like to Me we need to let Cops start packing REAL STUFF!!!! Give Cops SUPER AR-15's and Bad Guys would be to shit pants to ever try ANYTHING!!!

SUPPORT THE NRA!!!!! They help KILL CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!

I'm crazy enough to think a dude waving a gun around should get shot, as well as a school shooter. Cray cray.

At least these students seem to have come to live with the fact that they can not be protected. Good for them.

The students were calling for Trump to ban the "weapon of war".

Florida student makes emotional call for Trump to ban 'weapon of war' during listening session

RIP to all the brave souls lost when we dropped an AR-15 on Nagasaki.

Nah. Fuh em. They was a bunch of Warmongers. Needed Killing!

SUPPORT THE NRA! THEY HELP KILL CRIMINALS AND WARMONGERS!

So I'm curious as to what actual solutions are at least given consideration. Clearly doing the same thing over and over again is not generating a different results that could prevent future tragedies from happening. Oh and whenever these solutions are drawn up, who is going to pay for it because that is an inevitability that will come about.

I typed out my suggestions multiple times in this thread. No way you're going to read 77 pages to find it.

Looks like Florida might do something NOT STUPID for once.

Things could Get REAL for Sheriff Isreal!!!!!!

Another thing that should be addressed is the lack of security in the school. At my home highschool? If I would have tried to walk in with a gun, I would've been shot dead by a security guard before making it past the metal detectors.

Why shouldn't the same apply to every school? Sorry, but the only time a mentally ill person is going to attack people is if they know they can succeed, or get out of there alive. If you made it dangerous for a shooter to even go near a school? You wouldn't have shooters near schools, plain and simple.

People who are mentally ill are not rational actors. Mass shooters in particular are not deterred by fear of harm, because over 80% of them fully intend to die by their own hand or those of the police. More heavily-arming security is not going to stop someone with a death wish, it is only going to make him more heavily-arm himself.

Okay? So the armed guards shoot him, and he ends up the only casualty.

Case in point, if the shooters aren't deterred, there will still be armed guards to stop him. That's the entire point of armed guards, which is the same reason that banks, the white house, state buildings, etc. ALL HAVE ARMED GUARDS. The only time you hear about a shooter in the white house, is in movies, lol. There's a very powerful reason for that.

Armed Guards = Extreme reduction of casualties

It's that simple.

Also, I'd like to point out that the argument you just used is circular logic- the same thing liberals accuse conservatives of when it comes to gun control.

"We need to make owning guns illegal - That won't stop law breakers from owning guns"

"We need to post armed guards outside of schools - That won't stop mentally ill people from trying to shoot up schools"

Uh, it might not stop them from trying, but it will significantly reduce casualties in these scenarios. Same way the White House reduces casualties by posting armed guards. If an active shooter walked into the white house, he'd be incapacitated almost instantly, captured and tortured, with the entire ordeal going unnoticed by most.

My point is that America's children deserve every bit as much of that security as the president.

Conflating the heavily armed, expertly trained former and current special forces security at the White House with one or two minimum wage rent-a-cops or teachers that have done a training day at a gun range is a bit silly, isn't it?

No more silly then assuming anyone less then white house security is incompetent/dangerous.

Ex military tend to know what they're doing.

A civilian could be trained, for that matter. Schools could make sure of it, before they hire someone.

He thinks it takes John Wick to stop a mentally ill teenager with rifle.

And yet I never suggested anyone less than white house security is incompetent or dangerous.

In fact I suggested that if you're going to go down the road of armed security that employing veterans would be the best route as they are more highly trained plus it would help veterans who historically struggle to find employment after leaving the military which would in turn alleviate the problem of many of them becoming homeless and it would also require vetting for PTSD meaning those suffering from it would be properly recognised and acknowledged and therefore be able to get treatment and/or compensation.

Whew....that was my laugh for the week.

Came up with it myself 🙂

Each day these uninformed teens bring us more things to laugh at. This retarded David Hogg said this yesterday:

"Hogg went on to praise high school football coach Aaron Feis, who died shielding students from the gunman, “unlike those cowardly Broward County Sheriff officials.”

“Sadly, these are a few individuals that did not conduct their job correctly, but I don’t think it’s right that Governor Rick Scott is trying to blame this on the bureaucracy in an effort to get reelected.”

Lol! Don't you dare blame the bureaucracy...just blame ALL guns and the NRA, and Trump. Duh.

And to think adults have been saying these kids are smart. Lol. Remember when the bald headed chick was being praised here? Same one who then talked about how you don't need a permit to conceal and carry a rifle in Florida? Surtur remembers.
