Calling the Sentry "weak willed" is straight up lunacy.
The Sentry has been keeping the Void at bay for years. Maybe entire decades. The full Void. The real deal Void. Without breaking.Emma Frost couldn't handle the Void for a couple of seconds. She had to retreat into her diamond form, or she would have died.
Super Adaptoid couldn't handle the Void for a couple of seconds either. She immediately dropped down and started crying.
Marvel Boy couldn't handle the Void for a couple of seconds either. He had to flee out of Sentrys mind, otherwise he would have been consumed.Look at Loki in Doctor Strange. Loki has seen it all, but he was terrified by the return of the Void. When the Void comes in contact with you, you're done. Seconds are enough to take you into an emotional coma.
And Sentry has been dealing with all of that negativity for so long.
On topic:
Wonder Woman gets ripped apart. There are levels to comic book characters and Wonder Woman is nowhere near Sentrys level.
Look at what happened to Thor. Sentry was squeezing the life out of him and in the process of tearing him apart just like he did it to Ares beforehand.No. This is what happened, when Thor went for a kill and attacked the Sentry with all of the power under his command:

https://i.imgur.com/4heq5Kw.jpgDo you see what happened? Exactly: Nothing. Thor didn't do shit, even though he had used all of the power under his command. Even with a power upgrade Thor wasn't able to stop the Sentry.
it. DEMANDED.
Thor only managed to stop the Sentry, when Sentry himself demandedPS: Throw your computer out of the window.
And watch your scans, thor didn't go for the kill, just lightning, once he used both hammerstrike and lightning and went for the kill, well he killed him.
Sentry lost control and Void took over, because he wanted to live, yet thor killed him although it had complete control.

They're two totally different mental illnesses.
Sentry has been diagnosed with one of them... Paranoid Schizophrenia:

I've read every single Sentry comic and at no point was he referred to as having multiple personalities.
Even when one of his main writers on that issue got asked about, he straight up denied, that the Sentry suffered from a multiple personality disorder:

Question: With the Void about to unleash hell on the Avengers, I suppose it’s a good time to ask you about his partnership with Osborn. We know why The Sentry’s alter ego, Bob Reynolds, worked with Norman, but why did his dark half, The Void, also choose to play along?Answer: They are the same person. I don’t think it’s clearly a case of The Void and Bob. It isn’t like one personality takes over the other.
Question: So, The Sentry is not a classic case of Multiple Personality disorder?
Answer: No. I’ve done those stories before, and I wouldn’t classify it as this. Bob is a sick man, with the power of a god, who created The Void to be all these things that are in his head that he cannot control.
As a schizophrenic Sentry suffers from hallucinations and delusions. If Void is a separate being, then that's a hallucination, that has become real. If Sentry turns into the Void, then that's him being delusional and believing himself to be the Void. There are no different personalities, which take over.

Sentry is one of the mentally strongest characters in Marvel comics. How many characters do you know, who have to deal with severe inner demons on an almost daily basis? Probably not too many.
We've seen what happened to other Marvel characters, when they came in contact with the Void. They got crippled within seconds. The Sentry however has been enduring the Void for years. And it still took months of mental manipulation and drugs to break his mental stability to a point, where Void could finally take over for good.
Come on, think. It's not that hard.
