Depowered Thor vs. Wolverine (no claws)

* Prime Wolverine. He cannot use his claws here.

Setting: Colloseum

Starting distance: 100 feet

Who wins?

So Wolverine still has his adamantium skeleton and healing factor?

Logan. He has several superhuman strength and durability feats. Plus he heals

Thor has far more experience and vastly better skill. Logan can heal, but he can be ko'd as far as I recall.

So that's a yes on the healing factor and adamantium skeleton?

Yes. It's Logan, but no claws.

The same Adamantium skeleton that BLOB knocked himself silly on when he headbutted Logan? The same BLOB who punched a tank shell?

Thor's gonna hurt himself hitting Logan, and he has nowhere near enough power behind his hits to KO him, especially with Logan's powers active and in his prime.

Oh, and believe it or not, Logan actually has pretty good combat instincts. Watch Wolverine and Apocalypse when he ducks and bobs and weaves and slides and dodges through people. Far more than human Thor did.

Logan stomps.

DP Thor was good - against fodder. He can't take someone like Logan.

A mismatch Logan stomps.

Giving someone i an unbreakable skeleton and healing factor kind of makes this a mismatch. Thor is the better fighter but he'll just hurt himself against Logan's skeleton.

How is Thor a better fighter?

Thor and Logan are actually equal in pure hand to hand. Thor being much better in armed and more versatile with melee weapons. That being said. This is extremely unfair. Having an unbreakable skeleton and healing factor make this spite for Logan against any regular human.he would beat almost anybody that has human stats.

Because he's fought more skilled opponents and faired better against them.

And because Thor has far more feats of showing actual fighting skill instead of just brawling which Wolverine does for 90% of his fights.

Thor is a little better fighter (consistently at least), but would still lose majority to even a metal-less and clawless Wolverine. Healing factor is too much except for 1-2 of 10 loss by concussion knock out. Add metal and Thor is out of luck 10 of 10. You’re going to need close to Cap America for majority win against Wolverine in these conditions.

^ Nah, healing factor would matter little in a pure h2h fight when the usual way to win is via KO or tap out, as healing factor won't stop you from getting knocked out or getting broken bones.

Wolverine's main advantage in this fight is his adamantium skeleton. The HF is just additional icing.

When did abhi get cheerleaders?

Wolverine per stips absolutely annihilates depowered Thor with contemptous ease. Even without the Adamantium hevwins with minor difficulty every time

Like who? Logan has actually matched Shingen in sword fight and then defeated him.

He doesn't. Not even close. Just look at the train fight in The Wolverine. Thor isn't anywhere that skilled.
