Those guys are taking the statement way out of context, imo.
It is simply in reference to both forms of fusion now being considered equal across the board. The statement is not referring to past vs. present, or however the hell those guys are trying to spin it.
IOW, a Potara/Vegetto fusion as of the Broly film would have been equal to the Metamoran/Gogeta fusion that was presented. Neither fusion method is more powerful than the other.

Drops as in, premiers in theatres? If so, then expecting rips online in "the following days" is unrealistic. Maybe it's different for Dragon Ball because of its popularity, but I'd never expect to be able to see a major anime film subbed online until the Blu-Ray release, which is typically several months after the theatrical release.

If fans build it, it will come. And there are a LOT of fans with knowledge of Japanese and some rudimentary photoshop/video editing skills.
I love how Hajime No Ippo fan updates are too slow for people, and now we have day one scantlations to tide us over until the good scantlations get here.
I suppose that's normal, I'm not really deep enough in fan scans to know.
