A few more tidbits from the recent movie guidebook:
-Vegeta and Broly were born in the year 732 and both are elite Saiyans.
-Looking at the physical appearance of kid Raditz, it seems that he was born at the same time as Vegeta or is a little older than him.
-Raditz had a power level of 1600 and was an elite Saiyan.
-In addition to Vegeta, Son Goku, Broly (DBS), Nappa, Raditz, Tarble, Paragus (DBS) and Beets, there are two or three other Saiyans who survived the explosion of Planet Vegeta.
-There is a type of non-combatant Saiyans, these Saiyans have other roles like Gine at the meat distribution and Beets who is an engineer.
-According to Tarble's short biography for the film, he is a non-combatant. King Vegeta sent him to another planet.
The fact that there are evidently a few other unnamed Saiyans *somewhere* in U7 is, eh, interesting?
Yeah. Dude was scared shitless of PLs in the 1,300 range in the original material.
Gohan's headbutt damaged him quite a bit, and his PL was 1,307 at the time.
Raditz even said Piccolo's first SBC would have killed him outright if he hadn't dodged it, and it registered at 1,330.
Nappa stated that the Saibamen had PLs around 1,200 and were equal to Raditz.
