If true, is this a form Vegeta or Goku could unlock? From what i'm gathering the "Legendary" form is gone. This new power does not seem outside the reach of any saiyan.

Doesn't seem like you need a tail to reach this form either. (e.g. Kale)

It's true. Paragus stated such in the film:

Broly's Ikari form = a humanoid Oozaru.

Thing is, the Oozaru multiplier(at least in Broly's case) must be FAR more than just the 10x amp it was in the past, because base Broly ~ SSJ1 Vegeta. After Broly went from base to Ikari, however, he was capable of steamrolling SSG Vegeta effortlessly.

Wanted to put this here for discussions sake...

Translation:
"'Fantastic. What incredible battle power!' There was no mistaking it: No being in existence could defeat Broly as he was [...] To Freeza, that much was clear."

*This is in reference to SSJ Broly, just before the arrival of Gogeta.

Those words mean the Zenos as well.

Feeling's mutual. Thanks for the link though. Always fun when your enemies give you things. 👆

Can you pass that to me as well?

He was probably thinking about beings he could fight. No one fights a Zeno, any more then they fight time and space. They just get squished.

Whis wouldn't apply, either, since Freeza's never really seen him in action.

Maybe a SSJ form on top of an Oozaru multiplies the multiplier? Because you're powering up the ape form, which is itself a powerup?

So, the 10X amp gets amped, and thus gains several decimils?

More or less like Golden Oozaru.

He said... "No being in existence could defeat Broly as he was"... that just means Freeza is stupid, is an idiot.

Broly definitely the strongest mortal though.

Goes to prove Frieza is still a newb at detecting powerlevels.

I would imagine the 'non-fighters' like Zen-Oh and the Angels would be excluded from Freeza's assessment.

Thing is, base Broly had just barely reached the level of SSJ1 Vegeta. But then when Broly went from base to Ikari, he was capable of immediately stomping the christ out of SSG Vegeta.

So either Broly got a much greater boost than 10x when he initially tapped into his Ikari/Oozaru power, or the SSG multiplier is a LOT less than we've always thought.

I really liked that scene where Goku trapped Broly in that energy field but as he got More powerful he reverted the attack and Goku was the one who couldnt move later...

Finally got an English dub for trailer #3:

Cell would be huge money. He's basically considered the definitive villian, even more so then Freeza. And his very character lends itself to boosting, no creative plot devices needed (I shall train for the first time in my life. For four months!)

They'd be crazy to not have plans for him.

Cell has the potential of Freeza+Goku+Vegeta, ffs.

Can you even imagine how powerful HE could become with a little training? Asinine.

He'd do like 5 situps and slap the face off of Mystic Gohan.

Gogeta or Vegito?

Old Broly or new?

- Gogeta or Vegetto: I personally always liked the both.
However Super did a better service to Gogeta by dedicating a whole movie (and thus, animation resources) to him, compared to Vegetto.
I am sure that if Vegetto had to appear in this movie, he would have been at least as cool as Gogeta.
Overall, at the end of the day If I really had to choose, I would pick Vegetto.

- Old Broly vs new one: new one, literally infinitely more powerful (as the Legendary Saiyan should be), and, as Galan said, with a better overall characterization.

So given that Goku and Vegeta had been beaten to absolute shit and certainly weren't at full power when they fused, are we assuming that Gogeta wasn't operating to his full potential either..? mmm

Par for the course, if he is.

I mean, Saiyan Saga Vegeta not only got roughed up before going Oozaru, but reduced some of his power from the artificial moon.

Goku regularly gets the crap kicked out of him before a powerup or transformation. As did Freeza before 100%. As did Gohan against Cell.

You don't really normally see a fully rested, peak character at any point in the series.
