Dooku is superior to a lot of Dark Lords of other eras. I don't see why he should be any different in canon. They're probably on the same tier in the Force. Even if Snoke is more powerful or at least more knowledgeable, he loses all out, imo. I'm gonna have to see more from him before I put him above someone like Dooku in an all out fight.
