And actually - if this is the most powerful PERSON (Sith or Jedi) then Volkorion or Anakin wouldn't even be 3rd, anyway.

Assuming we're not counting Abeloth, it should be:

3. DE Sidious

4. Volkorion

5. Yoda/Mace with Vapaad-Amp

Etc.

It starts to get pretty tight after 5 - with characters being pretty close to each other in power and skill, but that's pretty much it.

Assuming the ranking is based off of powers and feats, and not Down Syndrome - then that definitely means Darth Nihilus is 1, Legends Luke is 2, and DE Sidious is 3.
