Yes, but here's the thing, when all thos non plagueis votes for mace and unuthul were made pointless, it turned out that those people all considered plagueis>valk, hence why plagueis won.

I'm not sure why you're making a fuss here. Valk lost because he directly lost to Plagueis 1 v 1.

I'm not making a fuss. My initial comment was in response to the bickering about the outcome of this matchup (one of said bickerers to which you responded to above). Plagueis supporters can rest easy knowing their guy is triumphant and Valkorion supporters can rest easy knowing that if not for certain rules, their guy would've triumphed. Either way, time to move onto the next round!

By my count, Valky-boy has decisively won the last three rounds now, weird and unnecessary vote-voiding rules withstanding. So if anything, neither side of fanboys has anything to be grumbling about. 😂

Time to get a move on!

You're welcome to explain why you think the policy is bad then.
If it's so you can fruitlessly try to explain to me why you think it's good, I decline. If, however, you are still of the impression that it is merely a matter of "basic math", I don't mind.

I'll have you know I won first place at last years regional wide vague bold quoting game! For in addition to bolding, I can underline too!

You said that the rules were "weird and unnecessary", so you made a claim that you're now backtracking out of. Whether you also vaguely criticized the other "fanboys" is irrelevant to that fact.

And I think it's pretty obvious why you should account for vote splitting in these threads but if you don't have any interest in figuring out why, frankly nobody is surprised or really cares.

Nah, for now, I'm restricting you to your original "basic math" assertion so you aren't tempted to shift the goalpost depending on my answer. Go ahead and continue to insist that that's the case if you think I'm backtracking. 😛

I highlighted the parts about fanboys on both sides grumbling and my wishes to move on to the next round to indicate that my response to Rockydonovang is consistent with my initial comment. If you agree with that, I'm not sure what you're rolling your eyes for or why you challenged a regional vague bold-quoting and sometimes underlining game champion like myself. 😕

I've heard the arguments against vote-splitting from two different posters now. I don't agree with them. I'm not sure what's so difficult to understand about that.

Do we have a final vote count?

Pretty sad that people actually have nothing better to do than spend their time doing so. Lol

How long does it take you to write a sentence?

As we both wrote a sentence, I'm guessing you've wasted about as much time as me.

And if you don't want to waste time debating the combative fictional characters?

Why comment on a thread, about the combative abilities of fictional characters.

You're not very good at this rebel thing bro.

Plagueis won. By a couple of votes I think.

Kenshin feels that the character who more people think is powerful shouldn't win over a character who more people feel is less powerful, hence run offs are bad.

Nah, I suspect that this Kenshin fellow feels that of the characters presented, most people didn't feel Plagueis was the most powerful either, hence what triggered the runoff in the first place. The runoff principle is simply a method of securing a majority winner despite there being no majority consensus. My position is that you don't need one in the first place. 🙂

What is this "Kenshin-fellow" you speak off. Can it do Physics homework?

FINISH IT

From what I've observed, this Kenshin fellow is a constant victim of procrastination and distraction, so there's a good chance he would do it . . . as opposed to prepping for work tomorrow, which he's been telling himself he would do for the past 6 hours now. 😗

"victim" implies the it is a who. Would I be correct in deducing this Kenshin fellow is a living being?

Could be a dream induced hallucination, solipsism and whatnot. Otherwise, it's a fair deduction. 🙂

I'd try to deduce what "solipsism" is, but I have a lab report to start. Tell this Kenshin fellow to stop being so dark and edgy. 🙂

Kenshin would have voted for Revan over Palpatine, were it an option.

I'll try to tell him, but based on my encounters, this Kenshin guy is hard headed as hell. 😂

Revan is a way better character than Palpatine, but nah . . . wouldn't go that far. 😂
