Think about it this way: Vegeta rivals Goku, but Goku seems to always be a step ahead of the prince.

There's a small difference between them.

Whelp, these dudes don't have a limit to their power. Their potential is endless. But the Force users' power has a limit.

Well, Kyp and Luke have comparable TK. Kyp is also as skilled as Katarn and Luke holds him in high regard as a warrior.

All of that indeed indicates that Kyp is a top tier, above Valkorion in my book.

Yes, those Killiks would make up a planet. And he didn't get serious and ragdolled him. He had help to do that.
Anyways, I don't see why Kyp is compared to Luke.
