Panther to me is basically batman with slightly less skills, but also stronger and with better agility. in H2H i will give to panther more times than not

all but the gas could be blocked by an energy shield and even then, panther could just teleport away...

The same way countless opponents have dealt with it, that have no "counter vibranium". See Kraven, Sabretooth and a shitload of others.

It's overrated as hell. He's not suddenly invincible, and Batman's normal equipment's output is on a FAR higher level than Black Panther's.

Would his energy shield be on by default? Teleportation is a major problem. LOL! Don't think BM has an answer for that.....

his suit stopped being vibranium a while ago. Currently, it absorbs energy and allows him to redirect it.

Not sure if it's by default or at mental command, but it works.

This next one is insane. Proxima Midnight's spear can travel at the speed of light.
