That wasn't recenty.

It was all the way back in Year Two.

It was also a Slade and Deadshot who were figbting for FIVE DAYS. Constant fighting and shooting and melee. Not exactly a fresh target, even with a healing factor.

You're right. Batman wasn't at peak form.

With that said, neither of his opponents were operating at their best and Batman essentially landed at least one suprise attack on both of them before either fought back against him.
