Anyhow, I knew it was an uphill battle from the get to go so congratulations to LoB again, fun match. I'll now avoid to see that scan the rest of you are talking about.

When the match is based on literally how quick the first offensive [LoB] and defensive [you] actions of the participants is, you should have realized that who makes the argument that their action is faster would have a better chance.
LoB was clumsy about it and would have lost if he didn't prove he thinks faster than you with the microscopic scans, but you were non-existent baring your initial point of 'sometimes the armor operates on unfinished thoughts'.
There are plenty of more showings that "look" faster (Kang escaping Thor's warrior madness attack comes to mind), but I found that one first on my folder. I'm surprised that people ask me to prove that Kang can do a move he pulls off in his every showing. I could've put more emphasis in the speed side of things it might've been a better investment, but this isn't something that random scans will decide clearly. Ultimately I preferred to explain my defenses could account for basic technopathy even if I was slower. It could've been refined I guess. And about Beatboks judgement, if he was to shoot down time-manipulation a bunch of my other plans would've been shot down all the same.
Still, the tourney was fun and at least now judges won't have to fear another gigantic time-dupe write up 😄
The showing I posted is just as fast but looks fancier in a comic, the fact that you would use art to justify speed shows that you are a terrible awful judge and that's about it ahah
A lot of people don't get the subtlety of being LoB. It's not just about being completely delusional, distracting and loud. You also have to appear bigger and heavier than you are. Throw in some nonsensical insult relevant to the person's likes or location, and you have LoB.
Any one of these things can summon trace amounts of LoB, and sure, fool the average observer, but to really channel the full power of LoB, you need all cylinders firing. You need to believe that you are him, and the dumbest insult you can think of? You might need to go dumber, simpler. Only then, will you be the Likeness of Basic.

The reason I allowed part and not other is because what I allowed I dont see ad time "manipulation" (which in my mind is making changes to time - i.e handling it)

I used Dr Occult as my intel gatherer. He's usually portrayed as just knowing a lot about somone (with no seeming reason), but it has been shown in a few stories how this comes about. His ability to step outside of time watch the past and step back in at the same instant he never interacts or does anything to the past it's just like basically lile looking at a crystal ball (only of the past) and happens between the moments.
As you can see from the ruling from Leo this was judged as invalid and against the rules for time manipulation. I didn't see it that way(and srill dont). That's why I don't have a problem with you summoning the gear it's basically just a self bfr to a place that's not doing any changes to time (i.e not manipulating), and fits within the BFR allowance. same can be said with your time shift. Its phasing using Time as the means of doing so. It's not an alteration or change to time (things that have happened). An alteration of comparitive time rates etc. Your time stop is.
In that tourney I chose Occult so I could have knowledge one would normally only get from prep-research (which of course you dont get per BZ rules). Aside for his step outside time Occult only has a danger sense that at best is belloe Spidey (he gets vibrations that earn of danger and give him a direction)
From the outset it was stated this was under standard BZ rules. If I was to use the interpretations I've seen others use of those rules I would have ruled all time shenanegens as invalid but that isn't my interpretation of the rules.
To be honest I didnt find that LOB actially proved his speed (I gave zero value to the scans I couldn't read even if I did know their content- its my belief that its up to the debator to prove their case and not rely on what others know - presumably why Digi sees my write ups as a mini respect thread). The thing was I read it as you conceding the point on speed
It's easy to conceed that Cyborg Superman has vastly superhuman reflexes.............Cyborg Superman is fast, but exactly how fast he is should leave a huge room for potential action.
I know this was a qualified statement but as I saw NO proof of Kang's speed, conceeding CS had superhuman reflexes and was fast worked against you.

On a side not LOB I was very tempted to also give zero value to your huge @$$ scans that made reading the battle so f#$ing hard. If I had you wouldn't have won my vote. Just a warning If I judge you again and you pull that you will loose points.
