Ahh, excellent point.
-He does not have a Thunder God status. So no lightning manipulation. At BEST the hammer will crackle with lighting like many worth users have done without actually calling down the lightning.
-Stats do not increase, but you get the powers that come along with the hammer. Energy absorption, portals, energy projection, returns to your hand when thrown, etc.

Which is why your character already needs to have gpod durability already and you might not want to pick Wolverine and expect him to be Thor level strength. He would just have his regular abilities and Mjolnir.
So to reiterate: unless you have proven weather powers, I'm keeping them separate from Mjolnir aside from enhancing your strikes with some lightning.
All other abilities you've seen it display are fair game. And theres a lot of them 👆
