his whole existence has been a pawn to others. he is not a fighter or a warrior or brave. hes a guy with daddy issues who found out his dad is the biggest bad in the universe. he has no respectable feats. oops i lied he can encase people in amber (think han solo trapped in carbonite) but he isnt fluent in his power. hes literally done nothing of note.

also every phoenix avatar is not the same. Rachel, Cyclops, Jean,Thane were all avatars and none were equal. Its the same thing with whoever holds mjolnir...Odinson, Foster, Masterson are not the same, or whoever weilds the power cosmic, Surfer, Nova, Firelord or whoever wears the venom symbiote...Brock, Parker, Gargan or whoever has the infinity stones Doom, The Hood, Thanos etc...just because you have the power does not mean you know how to use said power or apply it.

You’re still naming personal traits nearly totally irrelevant to his battle with Thanos. Mike Tyson was a pawn to others. He still knocked his opponents out. His powers, defeats, etc, that you reference are all before gaining the PF, so are to a significant degree irrelevant.

Not all Kryptonians are the same but all Kryptonians have top tier power. All heralds are Herald level. Odinson, BRB, Masterson and Jane are all in the same general category even with individual differences.

All GL’s reside within a certain range. And the particular range that Thane resides in is completely speculative.

I think that you're exaggerating a bit here. None of them had to be in possession of the PF for long periods of time before they could use it like let's say a Starbrand wielder. Thane pretty much got the hang of it the moment he came into possession of it. Some were better than others yes, but they got the gist of it immediately, which was what I was getting at.

The P5 as a group didn't get much spotlight as well. They shouldn't be used in any form other than they were able to easily beat class 100's physically, because that's nearly all that we got from them.

Exactly. Thane's personal failures aren't taking away the fact that he still had the PF and was capable of using it with ease.

Canonically Thanos is far more powerful than Zeus, who has zero feats on skyfather tier besides beating down the Avengers and WBH.

Darkseid said Superman is his peer, which automatically means he's fodder in this fight. Only his omega beams, if they have the omega effect, can meaningfully contribute to the fight.

Darkseid is easily more powerful than either Thanos or Zeus.

I don’t see how it could be viewed as only a theory. It’s a point stressed throughout the storyline:

Drax is even shown glowing green as he approaches Thanos. This is the only time we see this happening to him:

The Drax who kills Thanos is the current Drax who is depowered from the level of dumb Drax and pre-dumb Drax. This Thanos is a brick who is probably weaker than Thing. So it’s clearly not raw power that he uses to kill Thanos.

Except Drax says he was given enough power to kill Thanos in your scan.

Did you read the scan? It only says that he was “given power beyond imagination” and that refers to the power he is given when first resurrected in his original form on Titan. His resurrection in Alaska results in his current weaker form. It is in this weakest form that he kills Thanos. I recall Brevoort stating somewhere that the power Drax loses is refocused into Thanos specific lethality.

Beyond this, Thanos doesn’t even attempt to defend himself from Drax after Death tells him that it is time.

Why don’t you read Annihilation instead of guessing. In the prelude Drax earth fall Drax underwent several incarnation changes before he ended up as the version that killed Thanos.

Surfer can’t detect the weakness. Drax was created by the god of Titan to be the one that kills Thanos , his power is inherent, Surfers pc was only bestowed upon him.

You are too incompetent to post the right scan.

He didn't gain some new power. The killing stroke was encoded in his DNA from start and he accessed that power to kill Thanos.

Thanos didn't become weaker all of a sudden and neither did his shields which Drax tore apart.
