That's not a publisher issue and it is not a libel issue. It's a ToS issue and you agree that these things are okay when you agree to the ToS. It sucks, for sure. But it's just what you have to accept if you choose to use their service.

Freedom, in this context is

"Government to Citizen."

What you're talking about is "Citizen to Citizen."

What you're wanting the government to do is to have them step into the voluntary relationships between two citizens, which is the reduction, removal, or restriction of freedom.

You want the government to remove the choices of free association between its people. You want the government to codify, at threat of incarceration and the removal of liberty, forced explicit actions between two citizen parties. More simply, you want the government to put a gun to people's heads to force them to perform actions for others, against their will.

The freedom to associate and conduct business with people, which includes the choice to not conduct business with someone who violates your terms of service, is most certainly all about freedom.

I think somewhere along the lines, you twisted the concept of "freedom" into the exact opposite meaning.

You're not exercising your freedom by forcing yourself on me and taking my resources. That's not freedom at all. You're a rapist. hmm
