Sidious nad Plagueis are possibly the strongest guys here, rivaled by Valkorion. Revan, Outlander are at least one tier below. Tenebrous is unknown, but I doubt that he could be far inferior to Plagueis. Perhaps he could be superior to Plagueis in sabers.
