god i hope not. Im looking forward to actually SEEING Darkseid. HIs presence is felt thru the whole series yet we havent even glimpsed at him. Mad Harriet was saying something about reality not being real or something so maybe your right. I also wonder if those distortion effects are a result of the baby using its power. I liked how when he came out he looked just like Darkseid too and Bardas umbilical cord was stronger than steel

Even with a particularly generous reading though, Carol is > Gamora. If Barda takes Carol, Gamora should logically fare much worse.
