Given she's placed directly above the Barsen'thor. Is stated outright to be up there with Revan and the Hero. Scales off of Darth Traya whose mere spirit was of far greater power than city busters. She's absolutely top 10 and any notion otherwise is a laughably inadequate acknowledgement of her immense feats.

Satele would've been dead if it weren't for Jace Malcom's intervention. Tutaminis can only soak up the heat from lightsaber blades as a temporary measure.
