Yep, they are too stupid for words.

Dems absolutely killed it in Wisconsin last night. No wonder Scott Walker desperately tried to prevent that election. Even he's publically warning people of a blue wave now.

Didn't follow it this time, but good to hear. As will be the excuses come November.

'Former Gov. Phil Bredesen has a 10-point lead over U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn in the race to succeed U.S. Sen. Bob Corker, according to a new poll from Middle Tennessee State University.

The poll, released Thursday, found 45 percent of 600 registered Tennessee voters said they would choose Bredesen, a Democrat and former Nashville mayor, if the election were immediately held.

Blackburn, a Brentwood Republican, netted 35 percent, with another 17 percent of respondents saying they were not sure. '

As I understand it, this is something of a big deal and super indicative of the GOP floundering.

Tennessee going half Blue in the senate would be more than a "big" deal; it would be a HUGE deal. Like Alabama going half Blue because the Republicans and Trump thought it was a good idea to run a pedo.

Like Alabama, Tennessee has not been Blue since the 90's.

edit: The other TN senator, Lamar Alexander, may or may not seek reelection in 2020, so it's conceivable that a hick state like TN could go full on Blue in the senate within a couple years 🙂

So I think I should bump this considering a lot has changed since the time I made this thread. The Democrat lead has rebounded after a slight slump in May, and their average lead is around 8 points.

What I'm wondering is how Trump's ill-thought out trade war will factor into this. Now he's not only making threats of blanket tariffs on China, but also fielding currency manipulation threats towards the EU. Economy is one of the strongest cards that Trump has still got, and it'll be interesting to see if Democrats can build up their lead further. They'll need double-digits to be safe in this gerrymandered House, at least.

Lmao, what a clown. All he has to do is STFU and let the swing in the market and the momentum from the last administration carry him and he can take credit among all the idiots in the US who don’t even realize just how long it takes even fiscal/monetary policies aimed at short-run fluctuation to be felt.

This idiot is purposefully causing uncertainty in the market for no reason that I can understand. He MUST be making money off of this somehow. Any idiot with options on his self-directed account can make money off the volatility and tweets.

I hope he is, as f*cked up as it sounds. If he isn’t, he might very well be senile and/or on the spectrum. Someone that stupid being in charge of anything is crazy.

Midterms less than a month away. Personally I just voted, did mail in ballot.

Still thinking dems will take the house, but not the senate. Actually may lose a few seats there.

I voted ripple because it's about what I predicted 2 years ago.

if d(sinx)/dx = cosx and y=sinx then (dy/dx)^2 + y^2 = 1

I’m hoping the GOP takes more seats in the senate and keeps the house.

But many gop people are retiring. I’ve heard the bullshit with Kavanaugh and Warrens recent DNA test (wo wo wo) have given the GOP fuel.

We have Beto O’rourke running for Ted Cruz seat here in Texas. He’s your typical shit lib lefty who wants open borders, banning AR’s, and giving illegals free healthcare and lawyers.

As much as Cruz is an establishment cuck, I prefer him over Beto

Dp loves those gop cucks. He is from Texas after all.

Red wave, blue wave, it doesn't matter. You better have a poncho handy for the shit storm of tears either way.

Wave, at best. My cynicism does not permit me a more optimistic outcome at this time.

I think the house will be roughly 220 GOP to 215 DEM but it could narrowly go democrat if something major happens. I don't expect a "blue wave"

As for the senate, the most likely outcome is no net change or a 50/50 split. I'm going for a 50/50 split.

Robbie Really Hopes So!

I'd hope for a nice blue wave but the cynic in me assumes that they won't win nearly as many seats as The Hype would have you believe.

Democrats just seem like professional losers.

Friendly reminder folks, get out and vote if you haven't already.
