The timeline was reset but both Superman and Batman retained their memories. Those instances happened. Just like Secret Wars reset history but the characters retained their memories.

You can't say it's Canon if the timeline was altered and then fixed afterwards it simply means all the events that took place in that alternate reality is non Canon don't tell me to keep up when you're posting fights from an event where wonder woman got killed by superman
