I think Supes can beat a lot of people but speed isn't the reason I am saying this. Billy is a major fight for him and that could potential end in a split. I always put Adam above both... I cant think of others and that is including the Flashes since their punches are usually like being hit by thousands of comfortable pillows.

It’s Kinda like the Flash opening the speedforce, grabs you, and while you’re passing through, he closes the other half on you.
I think that the Surfer has a very good chance if he went all out. I don't see any reason why the PC could not make Superman develop an allergic reaction to sunlight, and instead of making him stronger it would begin killing him, or weakening him. The Surfer was able to alter Lunatik's genetics so this isn't something that I'm pulling out of left field, and Superman has had his powers tampered with in the past.
With that said, I'm seeing a lot of people here that would kill him...
