Yeah well then he's f*cked. He can't hurt the cloak with punches or kicks, can't apply joint locks or break bones, can't choke it or body slam it. His tazers and pepper sprays won't do much good. Maybe he can grappling gun it and hope it creates a tear big enough for him to tear it up even more. But without a sharp object Batman doesn't have many options to take it out.

How will scissors help? That cloak has resisted Thanos and blocked strikes from Kaecilius' warp shards before. I sincerely doubt regular scissors will do anything of note to the cloak.
That cloak is powerful. Much like characters like Mr Fantastic (though obviously to a lesser degree), it can just conform around attacks etc., it can fly, and is extremely durable (and apparently pretty strong too). And, as we saw in Dr Strange, it is very capable of smothering someone to death.
That cloak could probably solo the Defenders lol.
