Cloak of Levitation vs Batman

I wouldn't say I personally found the cloak more impressive. It can just do things that Strange, with his still very human body, can't. But at the same time, the cloak can't open portals, generate shields, manipulate matter, fire eldritch lightning bolts, create magical whips and bindings, create Mirror dimension fractals, magical clones etc.

Also, is Strange actually Sorcerer Supreme? When he encountered Thanos on Titan, he referred to himself as "the Master of the Mystic Arts", IIRC. Not the Sorcerer Supreme. Maybe they call him that at another point, but I can't recall.

Yes, technically speaking, Strange has only actually been doing magic for like 2 years. And he has already made that much progress. Just imagine what another 2 years of growth will bring. Or more.
