First of all, was Thor and Destroyer fighting in a boxing ring or a wrestling match? No? Then stop trolling.
Secondly, if you do want to use boxing rules then the knockout count is 10. The Destroyer was only down for 7 counts which means it was a knock-down, not a knock-out. You obviously don't know what a mandatory 8 count is so I'd suggest you drop that subject before you further embarrass yourself.
A "pin" in wrestling needs you to actually be pinning your opponent's shoulders to the mat... something that Thor wasn't doing to Destroyer. And LOL at you trying to use WWE as some form of definition of terms.
But then I shouldn't be surprised. I can't believe I'm talking with someone who actually doesn't know what the difference between a knock-out and knock-down is.
