I give Cap the strength and durability advantage though.

I just feel that Cap wouldn't land any hits on Ozy (or at best one or two).
Otherwise, I would go with Cap.

I don’t have to. The bullet feat automatically gives him those perception speeds.

Ozy had time to prepare and knew exactly when the gun was going to be fired and where it waz aimed. He won't have any of those advantages in a fight.

But if it makes you feel better, everyone will agree that he can block one attack during a fight if his opponent gives him advanced notice of when and where the attack is coming from.

What Ozy did was no different to Bucky blocking bullets with his metal arm.

We never see Ozy actually catch the bullet at super speed. We just see the bullet stuck to his glove IIRC.

Well, since I BZ-challenged h1 for Cap vs Ozy several months ago and he stopped posting after I did, I think we can all agree that even he is not convinced of his own statements.

Cap wins. Cyborg is a joke like the dceu.
