The purpose would be to back up your claim in order to prove that you're not a liar.

I provided evidence. He provided the numbers and the formula. That’s strong evidence that he used the numbers. You can either accept the evidence or reject it.

And again, you don’t know the definition of a lie.
1. A lie is something untrue (you have no certain way of knowing whether he made a mistake or not). Therefore your claim of a lie is faulty.

AND

2. A lie is done in order to INTENTIONALLY DECEIVE. I had no intention of deceiving through false statements.

The BZ challenge is the perfect avenue to test if h1 believes that what he is now saying is right or wrong. Whether he is lying or telling the tru

Because, in order for a statement to be a lie, the intention to deceive has to exist.

And one deceives others by stating something that they know is not true.

The difference between a mistake and a lie is the prior knowledge of the person making the assertion that the statement he is making is incorrect.

If he accepts, then he does believe in what he is saying and that he is willing to stand by it.

If he refuses, then he has just proven that he has no faith in what he is saying and still asserted it with what looks like absolute certainty (or at least he tries to convince people of this). Which would mean he has knowingly lied.

The beauty of my current challenge is that there is no ambiguity/difficulty here in terms of knowledge level/sophistication. One cannot feign mistake (by judges and by the debating party) due to depth of subject matter.

As we all know what a lie is.

I believe what I am saying and I am willing to defend my words and would stake 3 months of my posting time here in KMC in that regard.

Apparently, h1 doesn't believe in his own words.

Typical of liars.

Is the lie is when I claimed that Kyle made a mistake in his calculation?
If so then You don’t know what a lie is.

1. You have to prove what I said is false. This is impossible since you can’t be 100% certain if he made a mistake or not. You weren’t there to see what he actually plugged in.

2. You have to prove I intentionally wanted to deceive. Again, this is impossible because I have to be 100% sure that he didn’t make a mistake. And no one here can be sure of that.

At no point have you ever provided the timestamp of where Kyle gave the numbers used in his equation and you know this. Which means everytime you claim to have provided evidence you are knowingly telling an untrue statement. IOW, I lie.

You are a liar.

I don’t have to provide a timestamp. Because we don’t actually know what numbers he used (trying to trick me with loaded statements eh). Therefore, no one knows what numbers he actually used. We just know what numbers he provides. This becomes EVIDENCE.

To prove I lied then you have to first prove that he didn’t make a mistake.

You made the claim, that means the burden is on you. trying to shift the burden to others is very dishonest and frankly the actions of a liar.

I don’t have to prove that I’m not a liar in order to not be one. You do.

And Just because a lawyer fails to prove his case doesn’t make his case untrue.

I provided evidence already. That’s enough.

You have provided zero evidence that Kyle made math errors and you know this. saying that if he used numbers x and y then he had to have made a mistake isn't evidence.

If you don't like being called a liar, stop knowingly telling falsehoods.

Your first sentence is a false statement. The evidence is the numbers he provided.

Lol. Still dodging my BZ challenge? Should I even bother replying to you outside of a cut/paste of my BZ challenge?

Shifting burden of proof again? Don't you know we're all already wise to that?

Nope, I don't have to prove what you said was false. You first have to prove what you said is true, since you were the one who claimed "he made several errors" in the first place.

First you have to prove that he used those numbers in his equation.

Because we have a word for people who insist on something even though they knowingly didn't have solid evidence to support what they are saying.

Logic 101.

Anyway, back to my BZ challenge:

Only a liar would be afraid to stand behind his own words when challenged. I have challenged you to a BZ, are you brave enough to stand behind your own words? (notice the "accusation by implication" in that statement?)

I am willing to stand behind my words. I am willing to bet 3 months worth of posting on it. Are you?

When you copy and pasted his response, you forgot to change the name.

In order to prove someone is a liar you must first establish what they said is false.

If a person fails to prove that their claim is true then that does not make it false. If you do not believe I provided sufficient evidence supporting my claim then you argue that. But do not say I'm a liar when you haven't established what I said is false.

Don't be an idiot with the stupid "shifting the burden" argument.

Worst thread of all time?

H1 is just embarrassing himself in a truly weasely hall of fame type manner.

Lol. I KNEW you were gonna make an asinine argument just to move the debate forward. SMDH.

Nope. Not how it works. A lie can be a statement that cannot be confirmed. The person making the statement just needs to know that it may not be true and yet chooses to present it as true. Which is a lie.

Stop shifting the burden of proof (although I know you won't stop trying). You made the argument that he made math errors. You need to prove it. The fact that you haven't yet proves that you insisted on an assertion that you knew you couldn't prove. Which would make you a liar.

And I notice again that you're trying to move the debate forward even tho I've challenged you to a BZ that you won't accept. Yet more evidence that you do not believe in what you are saying. Thus more lying.

I dont understand how H1 is so overconfident over himself and yet cant accept a BZ.

And yes, this thread is h1 vs anyone...

(no offence h1)

There is no argument, you have provided zero evidence that Kyle made even one math error, let alone several errors like you claimed.

The fact that you keep claiming to have provided evidence is just another lie.

Yeah, sorry about that. Quote function was broken so I had to copy/paste -_- and I messed it up. It was late.....

Again, very sorry about that.

h1 isn't confident at all. He is just a liar who got caught in a lie but doubled down so he wouldn't have to admit it. That is why I use the BZ challenge to expose him. I know that if he believed in what he was saying, he would no doubt accept. But he knows he cannot prove his BS in a judged environment so he just tries to drag it on (since he can keep doing it indefinitely) til her gets the last word in.

It happens. hell, I did the same thing not too long ago.
