Zod sent Superman to the top of a skyscraper. Superman still had enough speed at the top to significantly bust the top portion. In other words, Superman would have been sent way further if he did not make contact with the top.

Superman can absolutely take that punch, he might be hurt,he might even bleed but he is absolutely not dying nor is he severely injured by it nor would it be some kind of game changer.

I am 100% confident Supes could get hit by that, get up, and then work the ever loving shit outta Hulk. I don't like Superman either but I'm not gonna low-ball the shit outta him. That punch was impressive but it was probably equivalent to Supes crashing into that mountain. Maybe a little more. Even if we say it was twice the force, he's still getting back up.

The punch lasted a fraction of a second and barely slowed the thing down by almost any amount. The thing was slowed due to Hulk bracing strength against it for many seconds. The bracing part is not a punch.

In other words, the first split second is the punch and the rest of the scene is not a punch but a brace. The punch part didn't slow it down any noticeable amount.

Superman got hit far past the top of a skyscraper and wasn't koed or visibly injured. That uppercut was at least an order of magnitude more powerful than Hulk's punch.

You are confusing the punch with the bracing part of the feat. You can argue the bracing part is a strength feat but you can't argue that it's a punch feat.
