I think Colossus doesn't have a prayer.

U-foes have taken down Hulk and Thor. Only one he maybe has a chance against is Ironclad... One on one.

Colossus doesn't plot device super metal. Just plain old organic skin, that grants durability enhancements.

Iron Clad is also organic steel, ftr.
