DS Sentry is stomped, and given how he handled some of Marvel's best, he gains new perspective on his place in the universe, his place on the hero scale of power.Yes, it's definitely a loss ... though he has the way better costume.
Sure, pal.

Are you kidding?! Do you have an idea how CAS powers work to begin with?
Here’s a quick lowdown.
-Cosmic Armor Superman held the DCU as a whole in the palm of his hand
-CAS adapts to any form of threats on the spots.
-CAS is Monitor tech
-CAS powers are base on the story being told. This means, as long as you the reader is reading the story, he can never lose. CAS is the end all of all stories. Period.

um because thought robot pushed him into the void? o.O
That’s your answer?
CAS was backed by the greatest story ever told, where as Mandrakk was the counter to said story. Both were evenly matched till the end of the story. Morrison made it clear that as long as you continue to read the story, Kal would never lose. For we the readers are the ultimate tool for defeating the greatest evil. The Void was used because it the end of all end for any story. What’s so hard to understand?

Facts:
- CAS didn't adapt to Mandrakk's attacks and still took damages.
- CAS was badly hurt by the "heat of ten billions suns".
- CAS was still damaged beyond repair, being the defnitive proof he cannot adapt to everything.
- Mandrakk lost because he was hit by his own staff and thrown in the Overvoid.
The rest of your claims are hyperbolic statements and personal interpretations.
Show me CAS countering Molecule Manipulation or give up.

Also they were only a threat to the local Multiverse.
Mandrakk wasn't a threat to the Multiverse without his army.
He needed it to conquer every single reality and they had to go through the Bleed to do it.
CAS is probably one of the most overrated fictional character.
