The JL have no chance unless they get Doomsday, and even then that only SLIGHTLY improves their chances, unless one wanted to argue that Doomsday could adapt to it. Maybe someone can make the argument that Supes/Flash are fast enough to remove the stone before Thanos can use it, but then Thanos could be argued to have advanced reflexes, given that he's fast enough for the Hulk and Loki, who was already shown having superhuman reflexes with Hawkeye's arrow. There will have to be good arguments either way, but I would like to say Thanos 7/10.
