Attraction to women has traditionally been man's greatest weakness. No need to go indepth. Just watch Casino or any of Martin Scorsese's other movies. MGTOW exists for a reason. Thinking with your dick is not acceptable.

Anyway I joined #NoFap several weeks ago to try and curb my sexual appetite. Unfortunately the members over there have told me that I'm doing it for the wrong reasons and it's actually going to backfire. I've noticed too. Going this long without fapping has caused me to become extremely sensitive to women in my every-day life. They distract me in class, at work, etc. I feel as though I need to live in Saudi Arabia just to prevent myself from losing my god damn mind.

So since #NoFap is actually just making things worse, I'm going to pursue anti-adrogenics. My only reservations are that testosterone is needed by the body to maintain good overall health---more importantly to me, it ensures good cognitive function which I need for my field of study.

Has anyone here taken anti-androgenics? If so, what was your experience? I'm thinking about starting with herbal stuff like chaste tree.

Did you experience other side-affects in addition to libido reduction?
