$15 Hero Builder

First, you have to decide if you’re going to be known as a ‘specialist’ (brick, speedster, blaster, fighter) in one of the first four categories, thats why the hefty price tag to go w. the overwhelming power in each (you’ll be forced to skimp on the other categories), OR, are you going to be more even across the board.

Questions that might pop up:
-yes, you have to choose one power/skill from each category, to include miscellaneous.
-yes, the character’s invulnerability’s included w. each of the strength picks.
-no, you are not connected to the speed force so you dont get speed steal or any of his other esoteric powers, just flash level speed.
-cyclops’ eye beams are in control, no need for a visor.

That's what I was getting at, that it's be impossible to choose from each category with a 10 dollar hero.

I knew there were things i forgot/forgot to write down in the OP, so thanks for catching it.

Alright. I think the hero I chose would be the best, but, let's go with something more interesting.

Cage
Quicksilver
Havok
Punisher
Forge

Havok is pretty beastly. Combine that with a high base level and speed and he'd be a tough nut to crack.

Thats pretty ****ing good.
Ppl sleep on Havok but i think thats the difference maker in your build.

While there are other permutations that are more powerful in certain areas, for me that is a mix that provides me with what I need to handle almost any situation. Cage means I don’t have to worry about bullets, and I have more than enough strength to do a poor man’s version of Hulk smash.
Quicksilver may be superslow to the likes of the Flash, but he’s faster than almost anyone else not connected to the Speedforce or channeling Superman/Gladiator speeds.
Starfire’s blasts can do some real damage, and have a range greater than bioblasts.
Teleportation somewhat cancels out my lack of flight, and with QS speed would be a crazy weapon.
And Forge’s intellect would be a good add on - especially with the speed and teleportation ability to get things and put them together quickly.

That’s how I’d spend the 15 bucks.
