Ha, at 5’ 9” he’d be the shortest Bond by an inch...

Literary Bond: 6'
Connery 6' 2½"
Lazenby 6' 2"
Moore 6' 1"
Dalton 6' 2"
Brosnan 6' 1½"
Craig 5' 10"

Bond was never known for his imposing size, it hardly matters.

Anyway, they make 4'11 Tom Cruise look like he's 6' in his movies, so it doesn't matter.

I didnt say it mattered, it was just random trivia.

Like, Moore is the oldest actor to portray Bond, at 57.

Cavill was pretty fun in the Vastly and Much Underrated Man from Uncle Movie.

Cavill or Hardy would be good choices, how many supes films does Cavill have left? One?

Cavil just has one more film under his contract as Superman

Hope he goes out like a boss.

Oh he was great in that 👆

I completely forgot that one. He would defo make a great Bond.

Certainly is much better looking and has way more charisma than Craig.

^^^i cant lie, it would amuse me to see the professional complainers online, who have ridden Cavill’s ass since he got the Superman role, blow a gasket at him scoring yet another of the most iconic characters in fiction.

Cavill would do great as Bond. After seeing MI6 I'm convinced he would kill it.

Yea just watched MI6 which is fantastic by the way and Cavill would be great.

Scarlette Johansson as the next Bond. A pre-Op Female-to-male Transsexual secret agent who, at times let's Russian spies stick it in her hole, for queen and country.

Failing that, Leslie Jones as the current year Bond.

I dont get it.

Idris Elba

What have you people got against Scarlette Johansson or Leslie Jones playing James Bond?

I dont get it.

^ He's clearly trying to troll people in this thread.

Ah. I get it.

You think it matters, I can tell.

I know you.

Idris Elba

He'd be my pick too, but at 45 now, he'd be 47-8** at best by the time his first flick came out, that's a bit too old to be starting your action Bond career. I'd still like to see it, just not sure how long his run would be.

32-40 is around the perfect starting age for Bond now, imo. I'd also not mind if they did a handing-of-the-torch with the new Bond instead of rebooting, especially if they went with a younger guy. Have the new actor be an agent in the next film and Craig's Bond either dies or retires due to injury, handing over the 007 mantle. Like Judy Dench/Ralph Fiennes with the role of M.

**Sure Roger Moore did it at around that age, but those films were more tongue-in-cheek compared to where the franchise is now. I also think Roger Moore used the blood of orphans to keep his face looking younger/rigorous; that's not kosher in Hollywood anymore.
