So because Parasite(who has a history of ridiculously uber absorption feats) was able to absorb the amp from Superman, but Darwin(who had literally NO noteworthy absorption feats) was unable to absorb the gamma from Hulk, it somehow means that Hulk is more powerful by default?

Superman (even without the Kryptonite-X upgrade) has his HV not being able to be absorbed due to it being infinite
