Who would be a bigger threat: Thor vs. Superman

A typical lightning bolt last for 30 microseconds. The fact that Thor's lightning last for multiple seconds means that it is thousands of bolts of lightning. I've been saying this over and over.

Since you still can't seem to understand his point, I'll be nice and help you out, again.

If 1 lightning strike lasting for 3 seconds = 100 total power, then 3 lightning strikes lasting for 3 seconds would = 300 total power.

So basically you're saying that the lightning that destroyed Jotunheim only had the power of a single bolt of lightning, considering that it only touched the ground for a fraction of a second before destroying it. Gotcha.

Don't know why you're disagreeing with me then when you clearly think that Thor's lightning bolts are that powerful.

You are confusing power with energy. A lightning bolt only last 30 microseconds. Power is the rate of energy. Thor's lightning has more energy because it lasts longer but it has the same power as typical lightning.

You didn't understand that I addressed his point. Read the second paragraph, especially the part referring to the size of a lightning bolt.

Yeah except you seem to be saying they are hitting one after the other hence taking longer.

Im saying they could be multiple Lightning strikes hitting at the exact same microsecond.

Why do you think there are multiple strikes hitting simultaneously? Because of the size? If so then I addressed that already. Did you understand my comments on that?

By addressed his point, you mean made up an excuse that has no evidence behind it and could easily be applied to Ares' own summoned lightning.

Again, it only touched the ground for a fraction of a second, so it doesn't matter how long the lightning lasted, what's important is the duration it had when it caused the damage, in this case it was a fraction of a second.

Let me say it in simpler terms so you can understand. If I punch a punching bag 5 times then hit you with my 6th punch, you're not going to get hit with the energy or power of 5 accumulated strikes. You still only get hit with that one punch.

It touched the ground for about 2 seconds.

So you claim that I made up stuff. Prove it.

Either you haven't watched the scene in question or you don't know how to count. The damage caused was immediate, as soon as the lightning struck the ground.

So you make a claim and when I call you on it, you demand that I prove your claim wrong. That isn't how debates work.

If you don't prove your claim, it gets ignored.

Well I guess I didn't make up anything.

Glad you're backtracking on your retarded attempts to low-ball Thor's feats.

Backtracking? My statement opposes yours.

Thor is the bigger threat.

Prove it.

Thor, the guy who nearly killed Thanos (with a complete Infinity Gauntlet) and survived massive explosions, gets killed by couple of F-22 jets. Heeheehaha.

Offense =/= durability
Those explosions <<<<<<< aircraft artillery.

Thor has no feats showing that he won't be mence meat while he has showing thes of being harmed by attacks <<<<<aircraft artillery.

No one is going to take your word for anything, either provide proof or your claim will be ignored.
