1. The leviathan punch sucked. Hulk's punch didn't do anything. After then the punch, Hulk just braced the entire feat. You can use the bracing part as a strength feat but it has nothing to do with Hulk's punching power.

2. Characters don't always use the same strength, speed, durability, etc in fiction. Hulk punching something in one scene doesn't mean he's punching something else with the same force in another scene.

It doesn't take that much force to send Thor flying that amount of distance.
