You mean like a super power?
I'd cast a global spell: any harm a person intends to others comes back upon that person. You fire a gun - the bullet hits you. You try to embezzle - your account gets drained. Throw a punch, lie about someone, launch a nuke: one way or the other the aggressor suffers the consequences; the target, nothing. I would render violence in any and all forms directly and immediately counterproductive. This would either force people to talk out their differences; or, if they insist on causing harm, they would render themselves utterly powerless at best; at worst, thoroughly and forever extinct.

I'd infect all mankind with a virus kind of like the Facade Virus
The Facade virus (Comics) was used to make everyone on Earth 1 Color for a short period of time - not forever - just for a short period of time, everyone, everywhere was one color.
Of course the virus could have been used to wreak all manner of havoc, had it fallen into the wrong hands in its 'ready' state.
I think I'd create and program a sentient virus to make Karma an actual thing.
So if some random person is due a good turn people who move around them will be aware of, say... a 'gut feeling' or 'strong intuition' that - hey that person's okay... in this way people would be more alert to acknowledge and appreciate the good in the people who move around them
the virus would feed on cancerous cells, things like strep bacteria, toxins our bodies ccreate and communicate from colony to colony - person to person via some mechanism which I'd have to create which can't be registered by animals, humans or instruments (so yeah magic)
Or I could just create magic which can only be used to genuinely do good and make it so that this magic would (like a GL ring) find its way to where it is needed.
Naturally, I'd keep a little powar for mysel for super powers and abilities which I would 100% use responsibly and not for lulz.

I like your karma idea. I've been burned too many times by doing the right thing. Doing the right thing is not always the best idea to create the best possible outcome for everyone and that sucks.

So lets say a police office runs into some dude who is trying to rape a woman. The police officer tries to taze the rapist. The effect of your spell: the police officer gets electrocuted, meanwhile the woman rapes the guy that assaulted her. I approve.
... though I suppose a proactive stroke or heart attack would be more along natural lines. I'd have to adjust the sardonic factor after running the spell for a while.
