Yes, but Dooku was so easily ragdolled by her. She also had the ability of Lightning Manipulation.

He could absorb the lightning with his saber

In the Clone Wars, she visited Dooku as an illusion even though her physical body was at Dathomir.

She could appear at him from all different angles.

Vader would be completely screwed if he couldn't block the real Talzin.

Not to mention that she also kept up with Mace Windu in dueling.

She can at least stall Vader with her dueling skills.

Talzin held her own against Mace in sabers, while being weakened. Sidious stomped her in sabers, but she wasn't in her own body, so that outcome might be debatable. Anyway, she did very well against Sidious in a Force battle and fought him nearly as equal (nearly, coz I believe, that he was overpowering her at the end, a moment before she recieved support from Maul). That's something that Vader, in my opinion, is not capable of.

I know exactly what Talzin is capable of. And it is not enough to win against Vader.

Btw are we talking about Legends Vader or Canon Vader? Because Canon Vader loses to Talzin (you named the reasons).

Legends Vader, just to give him a little boost.

Suit Vader is according to some quotes even more powerful than MF Vader. Someone who is in Sidious' and Talzin's league. Also, if Vader can tank Sidious' lightning then he will tank Talzin's as well.

Not for long though, he is still weaker to it than the average Sith.

Vader has nothing stating he can resist Nightsister magic.

He gets possessed, power has absolutely nothing to do with it.

FWIW; Promotional images show Talzin’s protection bubble being strong enough to deflect lightsaber blades. We know she’s fully capable of dissipating at will, and we know raw power wise she has the ability to contend with Sidious. Adding to this, she’s shown capability in duelling, pushing Windu back. Even if she’s not a phenomenal duellist (and seeing as lower Nightsisters have been toted as Council level duellists, she’s probably good) she has the skillset to completely negate Vader’s advantages.

She only died because she refused to abandon Maul, that was Sidious’s entire plan, he knew he couldn’t kill her without forcing her to make that choice. If this is full power Talzin as we know her, she takes this.
