Was thinking as Jenny said "You killed them, you killed Billy and -- you're a monster!"

Cranio was just laying there in the fetal position so I dont think he actually killed him, but thats all trivial anyways. No big deal.

Jenny did say he killed them, meaning Billy and probably thinking Cranio too, but she probably thought he actually killed some of the Avengers at the time too. Again, no big deal.

Yeah possible, maybe we will found out in 3 years when the Sentry is back again from yet another space trip.

To put it another way, Sentry never left the real world when Cranio brought him back to his mindscape. He was just bringing his conscious mind to the mindscape. This is consistent with Sentry and Cranio's visits there; both were present physically, they were just consciously in the mindscape. When he shattered mindscape!Cranio's brain jar it just snapped his consciousness back to reality.
