It didn't kill Harry, it won't kill Hellboy.
Lol why even say this? There were plot specific reasons why it didn't kill Harry. You surely know this.
Not that it matters, Voldemort could mind control him or turn him into a rat, etc.
EDIT: If somehow you are ignorant to the circumstances: he survived first because he mother did some sort of magical sacrifice, and the 2nd time because he had a piece of Voldemorts soul in him.
The Killing Curse can be blocked and deflected by grave stones and wooden doors, stands to reason The Right Hand of Doom could easily as well.
Then Hellboy casually shoots Voldermort in the face. Though there's reason to believe Hellboy could even get his shot off first, no incantation needed to pull a trigger.
He was almost killed by a magical spear though.... and that dude in the first movie (Rasputin?) was giving him all kinds of trouble with his magics.
Hellboy probably wins this, but Voldemort isn't limited to a few "zap zap" curses, when he was fighting Dumbledore he was pulling all kinds of crap out of thin air

The magic in the spear wasn't what hurt him. It was magic causing the blade to inch toward his heart, which would have killed him when it pierced it. And Rasputin was powered by an otherworldly God to fuel his abilities.
There is plenty of documentation of creatures less powerful than Hellboy being highly resistant if not completely immune to magic. Also all fire magic and Voldemort's most powerful spell aside from AK Fiendfyre is useless.

Dragons and other magical creatures are straight up immune to magic. Hellboy is literally the Prince of Hell and ruler of demon hordes.
Lol it's like you never watched even one of these movies. Magical creatures are immune to magic?
Dementors are magical, boggarts are magical. There are spells to deal with both. Dragons were never shown to be immune, they are probably resistant to some magic. In the books it took multiple wizards to successfully stun one, but Sirius also mentions he was gonna advise Harry to use a spell to blind the dragon.
If magical creatures were immune to magic they could have just used them to kill Voldemort. We *know* they can sort of train dragons and others. Hell they could have sent a house elf to finish off Voldemort then.

Where would the line be for the killing curse? Humans only?
We've seen more than just humans killed by it. Goblins have been killed by it. Poor Hedwig was killed by it. And if you're looking for a magical creature killed by it: pretty sure Fawkes was. Though due to his nature he came back, but yeah...it works on a variety of things.
