Vader hid behind a galactic army and still begged his son to help him. Can Vader do anything on his own? Thanos achieved what no other being could in the history of the universe. He won, Vader lost.

Voldemort survived death unlike Vader or Sidious. Advantage the true dark lord.

Kylo is in control of his own destiny unlike Vader who died becoming a hero. Weak villain.
